Women’s Day 2021 Celebration at Fonzel

The 21st Century has seen a development that has stopped the previous customs of women being limited in the kitchen and the family, while men were the only breadwinners for the family. Women have enabled themselves by breaking the man-centric society and have emerged as champs in their home, society, working environment, and business.

On 8th March 2021, Fonzel celebrated Women’s Day with a bash. The celebration was hosted by the Director of Fonzel Group of Companies– Mrs. Sujata Nangare. She addressed the ceremony by spreading awareness about women’s empowerment which is a necessity for a glorious future for women in every walk of life. Her views about how equality between men and women, acceptance of everyone’s stronger and weaker sections, and helping your colleagues for the betterment of the team inspired every person associated with Fonzel. At Fonzel, 25% of the workforce are women they work in various branches of the company, like HR, Sales, Marketing, and supply chain.

Mrs. Sujata Nangare then shared her personal experience about how she managed the work-life balance. Mrs. Nangare is a mother of two children, so she made sure to accomplish her aims and ambitions despite being on a busy schedule. She concluded by encouraging everyone to be hardworking, self-motivated, and a person who will work with passion.

The wonderful women at Fonzel went out and enjoyed a delicious lunch and were back to work with a desirous approach.
