Key Responsibilities:

• Lead in planning & execution of Company’s Growth.
• Responsible for new Business Development, Key Account Management, customer support excellence, pricing, Techno-commercial negotiations, receivables management.
• Prepare sales plan depending upon market forecast.
• Design and implement competent strategies based on sales forecasts and market research.
• In-depth market research and environment scanning to identify market potential, future trends, benchmark product pricing and mapping customer requirements.
• Explore potential business avenues & expand existing business share.
• Identify new streams for revenue growth and maintain relationships with customers to achieve business.
• Conduct competitor analysis by keeping up-to-date of market trends.
• To identify new Customers related to existing Product range and develop the same.
• Periodical review of sales target & take appropriate action for the same.
• Interaction with Customer & know their requirements as well fulfill their needs.
• To attend customer complaints & solve the problem by interacting with the person concerned.
• Responsible for payment collection and account reconciliation of each customer on a monthly basis.

• Provide support via in person meeting, phone, email, and chat.
• Address product-related queries and guide customers on the usage of Fonzel smart lockers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for customers.
• Coordinate with the technical team for advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Assist in installation, setup, and maintenance guidance for clients.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth implementation of Fonzel solutions.
• Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer experience.
• Conduct periodic training sessions for clients on how to use Fonzel smart lockers efficiently.

• Strong in DFMA, GD&T, and materials knowledge
• Knowledge of sheet metal, plastic, and wooden materials and their manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design mechanical systems for smart lockers, including IP-rated and temperature-controlled units
• Apply modular principles for scalable, cost-effective design
• Ensure precision with GD&T, DFMA, and DFMEA standards
• Lead prototyping, testing, and validation of new concepts
• Create 3D models, drawings, and documentation using SolidWorks/AutoCAD
• Collaborate on material selection, manufacturing integration, and cost optimization

• Convert client-provided data and specifications into actionable 2D AutoCAD drawings.
• Develop 3D AutoCAD assemblies for rendering by the Graphics team.
• Create 3D models from 2D references for components not available in the existing design library.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with a global team.
